My worst shipping experiences have been with DHL. Paid for next-day shipping on 2 instances....the first, it arrived a week late....the second never arrived.

No joke, when I did orientation for Northwest Airlines they told us on day three (of a week-long class in Minneapolis before getting our airport assignments and schedules) when loading an Airbus A319/320 load the forward cargo hold first and when unloading unload the aft hold first, otherwise it would go nose up just like this. Pretty sure it's even in one of the airline operations books I still have.

Seems to me that would go without saying.

Except they said it was an Airbus-specific thing. Didn't matter on the DC-9, didn't matter on the 747-757, it was just the Bus
